• Any personal information that you may share with us (and with the business partners that help this site function to assist us in fulfilling your order) is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.
• We do ask you for certain kinds of personal information required to fulfill your order and to provide the services you request. Some of our services and functions may use cookies.

In order to ship and track merchandise and offer online services in general, we make your name and address available to such companies as United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

• Removing your name from mailing lists
If you want to remove you name from our mailing list please contact us via e-mail at webmaster@curlycurl.com. Please include your name and mailing address in the message and in the subject line at “REMOVE”.

• Safe Financial Information: We go to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. All credit transactions occur in a safe and secure area of our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected.
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. In addition, we employ an outside company to "audit" our security and make sure it is trustworthy.

When you've finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. A warning window may pop up to notify you that you are entering this "safe" area. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from “http” (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, ) to “https” (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer, or HTTP over SSL), to let you know you are in a secure area. In the unlikely event that anything happened with your credit card transaction, we would assume all liability. We'd work with your card company to cover any cost and to minimize hassle for you. Our commitment in this regard is total and unconditional.
